In summary, the Works comprise:
Submission of the Section 80 notification to the local authority.
Removal and disposal of vegetation, fencing and street lighting where present within demolition zone.
Breaking out of concrete hardstanding and foundations, crushing arisings and stockpiling crushed deposits on site.
Breaking out blacktop hardstanding, testing arisings to confirm absence of coal tar derivatives. If coal tar absent then materials to be crushed and processed to produce 6F2 (with associated limits on asphalt content) and stockpiled on site. If coal tar is present then materials removed from site.
Breaking out and grubbing up all redundant services mains, pipes and chambers. Protection of retained services.
Disconnection of redundant utilities will be undertaken by others in advance of commencement.
