The Project involves the following :-
| • | Extension to existing building with curved frontage, new lift shaft & Lift. |
| • | Elevational brie solaire treatment. |
| • | Major refurbishment of existing premises in close proximity to the Library. |
| • | External works including electronic gates/fence to create a secure compound. |
| • | Re-roofing works. |
| • | Enabling works in conjunction with specialist contractor works. |
