Grays Fair Court is an integrated care facility, located on the outskirts of Norwich.
This facility provides short term beds and care to the residents of the 34 extra care flats.
Norfolk County Council is seeking to commission a single provider to provide care to clients aged 18 plus within the short-term beds and to residents of the 34 extra care flats who have care needs, to include catering provision and social activities.
