description
The main purpose of the work is to assess the efficiency/feasibility of a groundwater based open loop heating/cooling system for the Civic Centre development. This process will include the installation of groundwater wells suitable for the abstraction and injection/absorption of groundwater. It is proposed to undertake a phased investigation to provide a cost effective investigation of the groundwater beneath the site. This will ensure that preliminary results are assessed as to the feasibility of the project at an early stage. The Works are planned to consist of three main phases.
