Invitation for Expression of Interest

The Growth Company (GC) intends to bid as Prime contractor for the multi-channel National Careers Service in the North West (excluding Cumbria) and in Yorkshire and Humber. GC is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations who wish to deliver National Careers Service in one or both regions.

GC is a social enterprise providing services to people, businesses, and places across the North of England. Our people services include delivery of major employment, skills, and justice contracts in the North West (including as Prime Contractor for the existing National Careers Service contract) and Yorkshire and the Humber. Our purpose is to Enable Growth, Create Jobs and Improve Lives, each year helping over 100k people to fulfil their potential.

Subcontractors are a key part of our success in meeting and exceeding the needs of commissioners and stakeholders. We want to work with organisations that have a strong track record of delivery in the careers and employability sector and can help us reach priority customers through excellent partner engagement.
