CBC-0744-H-CE Estate Improvement Works - Tudor Court & Roosevelt Avenue, Leighton Buzzard - AWARD

You are invited to bid for the works identified in this tender. All tenderers are to submit pricing and programme for each of these projects. The contract will be awarded to one provider only for both projects.

1. Tudor Court Leighton Buzzard - excavate for and provide new concrete path, drying area and shed base - details on attached specification
2. Roosevelt Avenue Leighton Buzzard - Provide kerb edging to access road and boulders round amenity land - details on attached specification

Estimated contract start date: 17/07/2017 and to be completed in 6 weeks.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, no later than 12:00 noon on 20/06/2017, tenders received after that time will be excluded. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
