Cumberland Council, as Coast Protection Authority, is seeking to appoint a Consultant to deliver an Initial Assessment, Options Appraisal and Outline Design with Specification and Costings of the coastal erosion and flood risk for Stubb Place, Eskmeals Dunes and the surrounding area. This is as part of the Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) project development process
