DFID Afghanistan is seeking a Supplier or 'Independent Technical Reviewer' (ITR) to undertake technical mid-term and end term reviews of Economic Development Packages as well as selected field monitoring of the CARD-F programme to provide assurance that it can deliver results, use UK resources effectively and do no harm in a conflict affected environment.
