CBC-0544-T-CE Croft Green Sheltered Housing - Design & Construction of New Build

The Council’s Housing Service is seeking a contractor to construct 23 new build residential dwellings at 23-28 Croft Green, Dunstable. The residential units are being built as housing for older people. In addition to the residential properties the construction works will include a communal lounge, day opportunities room, energy centre and landscaping works.

The site has planning permission and the contract will take the form of the JCT Design and Build.
