description
The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs, Voids Works and Planned Works to properties owned and managed by Crown Simmons Housing (CSH), including:
- Responsive Repairs via a Price Per Property (PPP) model which will encompass all tenure types and to include an out of hours service.
- Responsive Repairs to communal parts and garages via an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module.
- Void Refurbishment Works via an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module.
- Kitchen & Bathroom planned works via basket rates with an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module for any variations.
- Any other planned works as required, such as replacement windows & doors, via an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module.
- Any packages of planned works are likely to be tendered separately and therefore may be excluded from this contract.
