Legal Services Panel Framework

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership wishes to establish a multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provisions of LEGAL SERVICES PANEL Framework.

Firms with strong local knowledge in the Lincolnshire area are most welcome to bid. LHP is people focused organisation and wish to engage with firms who understand local demographic, local housing market and local employment in Lincolnshire.

LHP intend to use the suppliers on this framework alongside other frameworks available nationally. LHP engages regularly with nationally firms via the CCS legal framework.

LHP wishes more local firms in Lincolnshire to bid for this framework. Some of the work are routine matters relates to local people often requires short notice and need the firms to be at the door step immediately.

We require innovative proposals from legal providers with a proven track record who can demonstrate an understanding of our needs together with strong local knowledge and experience to deliver LHP objectives and visions.

The Framework Agreement will be for a term of 48 months, with the possibility of extending the term for a period of 3 x 12 additional months beyond the initial contracted duration by mutual agreement between LHP and the Provider.

There are three lots on the framework, bidders can bid one lot or more.

Lot 1 Housing Management and Leasehold

Lot 2 Employment and Equalities

Lot 3 Property Transactions and Development
