Audit Services in respect of the COTEMACO project to Lincolnshire County Council (acting on behalf of Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership)

Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership are seeking to procure financial audit services (First Level Controller) in respect of their role in Interreg's COTEMACO Project.

Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise partnership (GLLEP) are partners in Interreg's COTEMACO project, which aims to enhance innovation performance of enterprises throughout North West Europe. Beneficiaries participating in Territorial Co-operation Programmes such as the COTEMACO project are required to procure a 'first level controller' to verify the eligibility of the expenditure they have incurred in the project so that it can be reimbursed by the Programme authorities.

GLLEP is responsible for a total budget of EUR 89,224.46, and is required to submit progress reports on their part in the project every six months, up to the project end date of 6th November 2021. This will mean a maximum of six monthly reports to be submitted to Interreg, each of which will require the 'first level controller' to audit any expenses incurred by GLLEP in the specific six month period.
