description
The Bay of Light installation event is a new project aimed to increase visitor numbers to Torbay in the winter months, it is part of a wider project called Bay of Lights. Torbay Council is seeking an experienced Event Provider to organise and present a high-quality light show / installation experience which could provide the focus for a high-quality winter market and wider family event. The Provider will be required to create and lead on the Event in collaboration with Torbay Council and the English Riviera BID Company.
