Works: Major remedial works to the existing leisure centre building. These works are, principally, the replacement of the roof and roof drainage system and also the roof glazing with a replacement of the AHU to the Leisure and Teaching pools. Other works to include repairs to isolated structural steelwork in the Leisure Pool area, improved ground drainage to specific areas and a new roof access and safety system, as well as PV solar arrays to the Leisure Pool ,PV glazing to part of the Street and curtain walling repairs to the swimming pool only.
