This contract is for the provision of professional services in respect of the regeneration and development of the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre in Taunton.
This project represents a major investment for TDBC in cultural infrastructure within the town centre supporting the development of Taunton`s garden town identity. The Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre sits alongside theRiver Tone within an area known as the Coal Orchard in a prime position.
The successful suppliers will work in partnership with the Council and the leaseholder , the Taunton TheatreAssociation Ltd, to test, design and deliver a viable and sustainable theatre and arts centre fit for the next 50 years within the fixed £12 million construction budget. The successful suppliers will recognise and align with the Council's vision for the area.
