description
The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a series of short films to promote cycling. The main aim is to have visual material available to showcase the diverse cyclists of Birmingham and the cycling environment within Birmingham.
The provider is required to produce the films (and associated tasks), and promotional social media 'teasers' (shorter snippets/trailers).
Requirements:
- oPreferably six short films about cycling in Birmingham based on six different themes, and the journey Birmingham is on to becoming a better city for cycling.
- oFilmed in Ultra High Definition (4K)
- oFilms to incorporate voice overs
- oFilms to incorporate animated graphics
- oFilms to incorporate music
- oWe require the films to be entertaining, and informative in order to be appropriate for showing at events such as the CWG and other Birmingham City Council events.
- oProduction of preferably six short clips / 'teasers' to be used on social media to promote the short films.
- oDelivery in time for CWG
- oFilmed using innovative and sustainable methods
This contract will be for a period of 10 months commencing 28 02 2022 until 27 12 2022.
