description
The contract comprises the cleaning of the residential portfolio and the Edge Sports Facility at the University of Leeds. The University provides accommodation for approximately 7,000 students, approximately 5,000 of which are housed in 10 large University managed Student Residences and up to 30 smaller properties.
The Edge sports centre has one of the largest fitness suites of any UK University, 2 large indoor courts, 3 dedicated class studios, squash Courts, Climbing Wall and an outdoor 5 a side pitch. The facility has approximately 15,000 members with high usage focused around term time and plays host to many national and international events throughout a year.
