Tees Valley Local Growth Fund – Enterprise Zone Projects: South Bank Wharf and Kirkleatham Business Park

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is seeking quotations for the provision of multi-disciplined consultancy services in the preparation of business case documentation required to progress two projects within the Tees Valley Local Growth Fund (LGF), which is administered by Tees Valley Unlimited (TVU). The projects are potentially key economic enabling works that will assist opening up investment sites within the South Tees and Kirkleatham Enterprise Zones, both within Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's administrative area. Consultancy services are required to compile background business case information, complete the formal funding application process, undertake market analysis, propose suitable investment approaches and infrastructure design to various stages.
