RA289388 - Professional Hard Facility Management Services Project Management role Day Rate Fee Bid

The purpose of this Invitation to Quote is to inform Providers about The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust requirements to appoint one whole time equivalent (WTE), in a Professional Hard Facility Management Services Project Management role, to provide project management support for the hospital Estates Department, to assist in delivery of capital projects as part of the Trust's capital scheme programme.

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust wishes to run and ITQ secure Daily Fee Bids, to appoint a Service Provider, to provide Professional Hard Facility Management Project Management service. Please note that the Trust has a target maximum day rate value of £500.00.

The contract term is for 3 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

Bidders are required to respond to the 2 questions stated in the attached ITQ Section 3.2 and Section 3.3, by completing their response in the text boxes provided in the attached document, and to return this document only via the MultiQuote portal. There is a maximum 400 word count limit for each question response, and appendices and marketing literature must not be attached as part of the response.

Bidders are also required to insert their Day Rate Fee in the table in the attached ITQ in Section 4, and also enter this Day Rate Fee in the submission on MultiQuote.
