Maintenance and repair of Waste Water Treatment Works and Pumping Stations at various operational Council properties primarily located within the geographical boundaries of East Riding of Yorkshire and in select locations outside of the County boundaries. East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 57 properties, throughout the County, that contain water treatment works and/or pumping stations operating continuously (i.e.; 24 hours 7 days a week). The contract scope of work includes the creation, provision and/or verification of as installed information, undertaking planned inspection, maintenance and testing, consequential and reactive maintenance works to ensure that equipment or systems meet operational and safety standards and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed priorities. Working restrictions will apply. Some installation of replacement equipment may be required.
