Delivery Notes

Anglia Ruskin University are commissioning a one day training course to upskill Personal Development Tutors (PDTs) in coaching skills, which they will then use to coach students in their PDT groups.

Approximately 500 PDTs need training in total, with 24 deliveries taking place between late May 2019 and September 2019 and split between Cambridge and Chelmsford. Training rooms and catering will be provided by ARU.

The successful training provider will:

• oPlan and deliver a bespoke coaching course for delivery to ARU PDTs in line with the timescales detailed in the 'delivery timetable' section.
• oPrepare and supply bespoke course materials in hard copy and electronic format for PDTs to refer to in future.

This training will be supplemented by a second half day training session which will be planned and delivered in house by ARU Staff, so falls outside the scope of this tender. This follow up session will put the topics covered on day 1 into specific ARU context.
