Provision, Installation and Management of Solar Photovoltaic Equipment and Associated Works

This opportunity requires investment. The Contract Value is based upon the potential for up to 3500 Authority owned domestic properties, upt 53 schools and up to 11 Public buidings being installed with Solar PV techology. The Authority is seeking applications from suitable organisations that are interested in tendering for This opportunity will involve the granting of rights to install photovoltaic equipment, which will be eligible for admission to the UK Government Feed in Tariff Scheme (FITS), on up to 3500 Authority owned properties, around 250 blocks of flats and potentially some public buidings and schools within the Borough of North Tyneside. The provider will be required to offer a solution that will maximise the financial incentives available to the Authority including East and West facing properties.
