Mock Vets Practice

The University of Nottingham invites your proposals and tender for the Design and Build of the Mock Vets Practice on the Sutton Bonington Campus. The Works comprise the Design and Build of a new Mock Vets Practice, including associated external works and new build barn extension. The works include new group and seminar rooms, offices, consulting suites, clinical investigation, operating theatre and dog and cat kennels within the main academic building. The works within the barn building include a new animal housing unit, group study rooms, exam teaching spaces, farm skills and equine work-up. In addition to the works described above, the following works are to be undertaken under this contract:

• Soft and hard landscaping works
• Drainage works
• External services provision
• The project is required to achieve a BREEAM Excellent
