Lead Consultancy and Supporting Multi-Disciplinary Professional Team for FY 18/19 Estates Capital Projects (RIBA Work Stages 0 - 7) for Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust

Due to the number of Expression of Interest Received, the Contracting Authority believes that a competitive tendering environment is established. The Contracting Authority has decided to issue a 24 hours notice to express any interest to participate in the tender.

All expression of interests must be communicated on or before 1700 hrs, 6th June 2018. Access to the Tender documents will only be granted to the parties expressing an interest on or before this time.

NHS Commercial Solutions on behalf of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the 'Authority') is formally inviting you to participate in this Tender Exercise in accordance with the instructions and specifications held within this document and in this Contract Notice.

Through this tender exercise, the Authority is looking to appoint Professional Services for Lead Consultancy and Supporting Multi-Disciplinary Professional Team for FY 18/19 Estates Capital Projects (RIBA Work Stages 0 - 7) for Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. The professional team would include Designer, Contract Administrator (CA), Cost Consultant and where applicable M&E Engineer, and CDM Principal Designer, and any other appropriate role, where applicable.

An Overview Meeting will be held on Friday, 15th June 2018 at 1130 hrs at the Authority's site. Details will be provided in the issued ITT documents. If you are interested in participating in the Overview Meeting, you must confirm this by 1700 hrs on 11 June 2018 through the Bravo tender portal.

All tender documents are going to be made available to all interested Tenderers via NHS Commercial Solutions Bravo Solutions eTendering portal from 6th June 2018.
