This is a MoA between Natural England, the Environment Agency and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildflife Trust. Defra procuring on behalf of Natural England:

To improve understanding amongst farmers and land managers of diffuse water pollution from agriculture (DWPA), in particular its impact on the biodiversity and water quality on the Isle of Wight. To offer advice to farmers and land managers aimed at improving farm practices to reduce DWPA. Engage with those responsible for at least 60% of the land area within the high water priority areas for water quality targeted through Countryside Stewardship, with a milestone of at least 25% by March 2017.
