HPM Multi Trade SME Local Sub Contractor Services Framework

Instead of: Creation of a localised framework of multi trade / multi skill SME sub contractors to service Hyde's requirements primarily throughout Hampshire and eastwards along the south coast extending in to Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. The localised framework will seek to appoint SME sub contractors able to deliver services and undertake minor works throughout the stated geographical areas and in accordance with the scope of requirements and specifications

Read: Abandonment of the Process due to insufficient number of tenders received to allow creation of the envisaged framework.

Other additional information: Regarding Hyde's aspiration to create a framework to service our Multi Trade Local SME Contractor requirements.

Unfortunately Hyde only received a very small number of tendered proposals with the number of bids being significantly insufficient to create the envisaged framework as there were a number of lots where we received no bids at all.

As such, given the inability to create a framework, Hyde has no option other than to abandon the tender process (Abandonment of the Process).
