Market Engagement Exercise Provision of Temporary Module Warehouse Building & Associated Services

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council are seeking expressions of interests in a market engagement exercise from suitable qualified and experienced suppliers that have the capability to provide at short notice a demountable temporary climate controlled thermo-insulated storage structure as a temporary warehouse.

The estimated size of the structure would be approximately:

20.00m (Span Width) x 70.0m (long) with an eave height of 6.20m The building will need artificial lighting heating and cooling.

Synopsis: The provision of a temporary temperature-controlled (3-8 degrees Celsius) warehouse facility of 5000sqm with ancillary offices with welfare, racking, appropriate machinery to operate the unit, security fencing and temporary lighting".

Worcestershire County Council is looking for a supplier that can provide and erect a structure on a fixed term rental of 12 months.

The basis of the contract would be on a fixed call off contract retainer with a minimum term of 5 years.

Availability & erection would be at short notice at pre-defined locations within Worcestershire with the delivery co-ordinated from the supplier's central site.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable suppliers to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that following the expression of interest stage the Supplier will be responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
