NUN - Riverside Conversion

This contract is for alterations to the Council house to change the buildings current office use to that of a hostel. Including the provision of kitchens, ad-hoc meeting rooms, bedrooms and level access showers. Externally works will involve creating external drainage runs, and openings for additional windows/fire escapes along with the renewal of all windows.
