Defra are seeking a supplier to deliver a garden and exhibition pavilion at the International Horticultural Exhibition, Beijing 2019. The requirement includes the design of the UK garden and the design and construction of the associated exhibition pavilion. The exhibition will run between April and October 2019 in China.
