The Service is aimed at preventing, reducing and delaying the need for Adult Social Care Services by improving the resilience, aspirations, health, and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and autistic adults by enabling and promoting independence, social inclusion and increasing access to mainstream opportunities and services.
