Haybrook College is situated within a busy network of residential streets, including Littlebrook Road and Burnham Lane, which provides the main access for the existing college. The site is located within a homogeneous area consisting of terraces and semi detached houses, 2 storeys in height.
The site immediately adjoins the rear boundaries of residential properties of Littlebrook Avenue to the south and east, Burnham Lane and Haymill Road to the west and Blumfield Crescent to the north. The College comprises a small special school called Millside School, a Pupil Referral Unit, which offers five unique programmes at KS4, as well as a range of 'revolving door' provisions at KS3 that have proven to be highly successful in supporting young people to maintain their place at or return to mainstream schools.
