This contract (the Contract) is for the Provision of Supervised Contact. The primary objective of the Contract is to ensure that Council meets its statutory obligation under Section 34 of the Children Act 1989, to promote contact between children and their parents and relevant others. The Council is looking to engage a single Provider who can deliver services alongside the Council's existing in-house Supervised Contact Service.
