Quotation for Servicing & Maintenance of Vehicle Wash

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out cyclical repairs and maintenance for the vehicle wash located at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's premises - Operation and Development Centre, Roway Lane, Oldbury, West Midlands B69 3ES. The Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor for the provision of this service.

The cyclical maintenance and repair service shall cover Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (not including bank holidays).

In exceptional circumstances, the contractor may be requested by the Premise manager to attend to emergency situations.

Based on historical data expenditure is estimated to be in the region of £1,000 per annum. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.

The contract period will be for 4 years, commencing 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2023
