The Managing Authority (Defra) has a statutory requirement under Article 86.6 of Council Regulation (European Commission) Number 1698/2005 to undertake an Ex-Post Evaluation of the RDPE 2007-13. Defra wishes to appoint an independent evaluator or evaluators to produce the Ex-Post Evaluation report for the RDPE which will meet the requirements of the Rural Development Regulation, its Implementing Rules and associated European Commission (EC) guidance
