description

Advocacy standards are informed by "Get it Sorted" providing effective Advocacy services for children and young people making a complaint under the Children Act 1989, the Advocacy Services and representations procedure (Childrens) (amendment) regulations 2004, the National standards for the provision of Children's Advocacy Services, article 12 of the UN Convention on the rights of children and the Human Rights Act 1998.
