description

Construction works to demolish down to ground level the single storey temporary porta-cabin type building constructed in circa early 2000’s with an approximate area of 660sq.m and previously part utilised as a laboratory building. The works are to include the following: cleaning of laboratory areas and ductwork etc prior to demolition works commencing, removal of all services back to source, removal of concrete pad foundations, removal of debris offsite and some minimal grading of the site on completion.

Additional information: The closing time for tenders is 1pm.

All discussions, meetings and communications will be conducted in English.

The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.

This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier.
