GB-Telford: Destination Digital Platform

We are looking to procure a specialist digital provider to deliver a Destination Management System and set of online digital resources and tools to support the growth, management and sustainable values of our Destination Management Organisation in Telford and Shropshire.

We are looking for an integrated digital approach by investing in powerful Destination Management System that delivers high quality management and use of data whist also elevating our distribution and marketing systems to generate growth of our visitor and cultural economy by supporting our tourism businesses and fulfilling our customer journey with agile and responsive digital tools and experiences.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
