Schedule of Services
- Acting as an intelligent client for the market demand element of the spatial framework evidence base:
- Challenging and evaluating assumptions
- Questioning methodology
- Reviewing evidence base and testing against local plan evidence
- To not replicate the ITT work
- Ensuring data is digital and accessible for use across the full CDG workstreams
- Validating and giving comfort to stakeholders that work is on the horizon and providing updates to stakeholders
- Identification of policies to accelerate growth, e.g. housing tenure diversification and testing commercial assumptions used in the financial model for a variety of tenure options.
- Provision of market intelligence to support the SR bid and future business case work.
- Recruiting a market research team and transferring skills to ensure clear exit strategy
