The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide a lease agreement for all of our multi-function and standalone printers for our sites around the UK.
The NMRN has a mixture of MFPs and standard printers across the group with different suppliers. We would require follow me printing and pin codes across all sites, so a user can print from any PC and collect it from their designated printer. Some agreements may not be financially viable to end early, so we would require a supplier to consider this.
