- The Contractor (KTN) shall support delivery of a small pilot of ten previous Defra-funded SME innovation voucher winners to trial new proposals, including mentoring, to enhance the innovation pipeline to increase business access to market opportunities.
- The support provided by the Contractor shall include various stages such as idea/concept, product and market proving and scaling up. The contract shall include a variety of support mechanisms to stimulate innovation, including facilitating access to research and technical expertise, investors, food space, demonstration facilities and business mentors to support scale up of business ideas.
