Private Sector Housing software - market consultation

Portsmouth City Council's (PCC) Private Sector Housing Team is seeking to procure a case management software system with which to manage the full range of interactions with residents and property owners in respect to Licensing of Privately owned properties. This specifically includes the processing and administration of licenses, monitoring license conditions, and carrying out Housing Health and Safety system (HHSRS) inspections and assessments of properties.

We recognise the experience and innovation that suppliers can bring to these services. As such PCC would welcome your organisation's market information, which will be used to enable PCC to draw up a high-quality specification that meets the needs of the Private Sector Housing team and its clients.
