description

The Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a development partner to develop Digital Tools that facilitate Social Prescription processes. This tool will enable recorded referrals to take place between agencies and, in the future, will allow individuals to self refer to non clinical services or community activities. The overall aim is to promote a culture of empowered signposting so residents in contact with agents of the programme can be signposted to beneficial services and offers to prevent greater need in the future. The development partner will be required to co-design and develop the tool with stakeholders within the Council, other statutory stakeholders and the voluntary and community sector. These tools will be used to assist front-line staff in supporting residents, and will also need to be freely available to local residents to self-serve.
