Brief description:

We are looking for 2x Learning and Development Consultants to design the required volume of training collateral and support the initial roll out of training in relation to the Oracle project.

Candidates need to have the following:

• oStrong instructional design skills, with experience in designing learning materials to support learners to use new technology/systems.
• oDemonstrable experience in designing a variety of learning media including:
• oInstructor led workshops (delivered both remotely and face to face)
• oSystem support materials such as process guidebooks, workbooks, quick reference guides, interactive PDFs etc
• oSystem simulations
• oVideo - system overviews / demonstrations
• oelearning - using Articulate Storyline rapid development tool.
• oAbility to manage relationships with a range of stakeholders, including SMEs, process owners, systems developers, programme team members, Heads of Service etc
• oStrong verbal and written communication skills.
• oExperience of delivering interactive learning events both face to face and remotely via MS Teams.
• oAbility to prioritise activity and manage own workload and timelines.
• oExperience in supporting the deployment of Oracle Cloud Based ERP systems
• oExperience in working with Finance Departments (preferable, not essential)
• oFamiliarity with Oracle Guided Learning (preferable, not essential).
