Oldham Borough Council ("the Council") intends to create a Construction and Highway Works and Services Framework (CHWSF) for the provision of Responsive & Planned Building Repairs and Construction Services and Highway Works. This Framework is being set up for Oldham Council and the Councils Strategic Partner, Unity Partnership; to deliver Construction and Highway Works and Services to all internal departments and ancillary organisations.
