North Lincolnshire Council's Organisational Development Programme

North Lincolnshire Council is inviting a high quality, expert Organisational Development partner to work with us in our continuing programme of organisational development and culture change, as part of our ongoing transformation agenda. Through our combined efforts we will shape the council towards achieving improved outcomes - ensuring that North Lincolnshire is the best possible place to live, work, visit and invest.

We are looking to create an organisation that is enabling, progressive, high quality and self-sufficient, where people operate in an environment where everyone has the opportunity to make their views known and has a real input into how the council transforms into the future.

As well as partnering with and offering OD challenge and expertise to our senior management team, we require the OD partner to work with us to develop an OD strategy and plan. We also want our partner to help us develop future internal OD capacity and sustainability through the development of an OD model and by working with our internal OD capability to develop expertise and skills.

In addition to providing ongoing 'strategic advice & direction', we also require 'on demand' access to a range of consultancy/business advice and skills on a 'call off'' basis.

The council has already benefited in many ways from a number of OD transformation programmes. These have previously been at a directorate level; we are now looking for a whole organisation approach.

The contract is expected to commence on 1 April 2017 and shall be effective initially for a period of 3 years.
