2017 - 540 Bellgreen Environmental Works - AWARD

WM housing is going out to tender for the Works which are Fencing; Top coating of the external ground; Installing Ivy Walls; Painting and decorating; Demolition.

The scheme has been formed to follow from a previous investment project involving external wall insulation and new roofing material. The properties look aesthetically pleasing, but the other elements around the building look rather run down and are in need of attention and investment.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff. If you require any clarification on matters contained within the Tender Documents, you must do so via Correspondence of the WMHG E-Tendering portal. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.
