Bristol City Council (BCC) is undertaking a procurement process to award and appoint a Design and Build contractor to complete the design and construction of a new Lockleaze Sport Pitches at the existing Bristol Rugby Combination (BRC) suite off Bonnington Walk, Lockleaze in Bristol.
The Works comprise of the design and construction of All Weather Sports Pitches and Natural Turf Pitch, as follows:
New Rugby Centric All Weather Pitch c/w spectator areas, ballstop fencing, floodlighting
New Football Centric All Weather Pitch c/w spectator area, fencing and floodlighting
Natural Turf Pitch Reconstruction x 2 pitches
Natural Turf Pitch Renovation x2 pitches
Landscaping features
Car Parking
Access Road improvements
Highway Enhancements (crossing point)
Demolition of old club buildings
New MUG
