GB-Nottingham: Pre-Paint & Painting Programme Scheme 16

AHL invites you to tender to carry out all the external pre–paint repairs that have been previously surveyed by AHL staff, to all previously painted elements to the properties, garages etc.

Following the pre–paint repairs being completed, the external redecoration works will commence within one week, to cover such elements as but not limited to: the painting / cleaning of timber / PVCu soffits and fascia’s, guttering and fall pipes, timber front and rear entrance doors, external store doors; together with all associated door frames, canopies, facades, meter boxes, waste pipes, hand rails, balustrades, and any other external elements that have been previously painted within the curtilage of the property.

The Contractor is to carry out the internal redecoration of the previously painted elements to the communal areas listed within this document. Covering such elements as but not limited to the: walls, ceilings, skirting boards, balustrades, communal internal and external doors & frames, stairways, balconies, balustrades, curtain walling and any other internal elements that have been previously painted.
