Homes England - Basford East Multi-Utility Provider - Crewe

Homes England require a Multiple Utility Provider (MUP) to procure and install new gas, electric and water infrastructure, including connections.

The development site, Basford East, is located approximately 3 miles south of Crewe and is accessed from the A5020 David Whitby Way.

Where the contract relates to the removal of asbestos, Contractors must be licensed by the HSE and also be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division).
