Crown Commercial Service (the Contracting Authority) has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 of the Contract Notice (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The Framework Lot structure is as below: Lot 1 - Technology Strategy and Services Design, Lot 2 - Transition and Transformation, Lot 3 - Operational Services. a - End User Services, b - Operational Management, c - Technical Management, d - Application and Data Management. Lot 4a - Programmes and Large Projects: Official Security Level. Lot 4b - Programmes and Large Projects: above Official Security Level (Secret and Top Secret).

Additional information: This procurement has been administered in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

Notes:

• a)The contract values stated in this Award Notice are only estimates. The Contracting Authority has not guaranteed any supplier that they will receive business through this Framework Agreement.
• b)The Contracting Authority has the option to extend this Framework Agreement beyond the contract end date stated in this Award Notice. The option to extend is for further periods up to a maximum of 2 years from the contract end date.
